Services

Imperial Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates; final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and any add-ons you select. We reserve the right to adjust pricing on arrival if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described.

Appointments & cancellation

You may reschedule or cancel an appointment by calling or texting (513) 813-4980 at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Weather or unsafe working conditions may require rescheduling mobile appointments.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Imperial Detailing appointment updates sends appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and responses to inquiries.

• Opt-in: You may opt in by entering your phone number on our website booking or contact forms and checking the consent box, or by texting START to (513) 845-2218.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or call (513) 813-4980.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Liability

We take great care with every vehicle. Any pre-existing damage must be noted before service begins. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
